The Ultimate Dijon Dressing
A puckery vinaigrette with a punch of Grey Poupon Dijon mustard elevates even the simplest of side dishes. It’s perfect for dressing simple green salads, pasta salads, and can even be drizzled over green vegetables to make every bite worth savoring.


4 oz Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

2 oz white wine vinegar

1.5 oz extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1/2 ea shallot, finely diced

1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp tarragon, finely chopped

salt & pepper



Dice the shallot and herbs as fine as possible. Combine the Grey Poupon mustard, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, honey, shallots, and herbs in a medium-sized bowl. Season with freshly ground pepper and a good pinch of salt. Reserve in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.


*For easier clean-up, all of these ingredients can be combined in a jar and shaken together to incorporate.
